Super Yummy Granola

We went hiking in Sedona and I made this granola to take along. It is really easy to make and very good. You can also mix it with some milk or yogut.

Super Yummy Granola
3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3/4 cup raw slivered almonds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup real maple syrup
1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil (or olive oil)
2 cups dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, figs,...)












Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit, on a baking sheet lined with silpat (or parchment) and toss to combine. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 F. Cool and combine with the fruit. Store in airtight jar.
